We make reasonable efforts to display the colors, materials, and details of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display of any color or detail will be accurate, and slight variations between the product images and the product you receive are normal and to be expected, particularly with genuine leather and faux fur materials.

All product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products that we offer and to refuse or cancel any order in our sole discretion.

4. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

By placing an order through the Service, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) identified in your order at the prices listed. Prices for our products are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and do not include applicable taxes or shipping charges, which will be added at checkout where applicable.

In the event of a pricing error, typographical error, or product description error, we reserve the right to cancel any order placed for the product listed at the incorrect price or with incorrect information, even if the order has been confirmed and your payment method has been charged. If your payment has already been processed and we cancel the order, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

5. Shipping

We ship only to addresses within the 50 United States. We do not ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, P.O. boxes (unless otherwise specified), or international destinations.

Title and risk of loss for all products pass to you upon delivery of the products to the carrier.

• You are solely responsible for knowing and complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing the ownership, possession, carry, and use of firearms in your jurisdiction, including any laws related to concealed carry permits or licensing.
• You are solely responsible for properly inspecting our products before each use to ensure they are in good working condition and fit your firearm securely.
• Empress Holsters LLC makes no representation or warranty that our products are suitable for any particular firearm, carry method, or use case beyond what is described in the product listing.
• You assume all risk associated with the use of our products.

Empress Holsters LLC is not liable for any injury, death, property damage, legal consequence, or other loss arising from or related to the use, misuse, or failure of our products, or from the handling, discharge, or possession of any firearm carried in or with our products, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

All product designs, including the patent-pending universal concealed-carry holster design, are the intellectual property of Empress Holsters LLC. Unauthorized reproduction, imitation, or distribution is prohibited.

9. User-Generated Content and Reviews

The Service may allow you to post product reviews, ratings, comments, photographs, and other content ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Empress Holsters LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, and sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such User Content in any media for any lawful business purpose, including marketing and promotion of our products.

You represent and warrant that:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
